A Mead Subscription Box includes:
Seasonal Mead - 500ml or 375ml bottle of a limited recipe
Classic Mead - 500ml or 375ml bottle of signature recipe
Surprises - stickers, herbs, experiments, etc.

Summer
Pomegranate Pyment. A blend of grape juice and honey into wine.
This one gets fermented and aged on oak for six months. It is blended with pomegranate juices and purées to attain the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Honey and oak notes are dominant with the pomegranate making itself present more on the palate. 13.5% ABV
Autumn
Spiced Cranberry Cyser - mulled honey cider, spiced to perfection.
Cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and dried cranberries provide a heart warming blend that offers layers of seductive earthen delight. Serve warm with a stick of cinnamon and some orange peel. 13% ABV

Winter
The Mexican Hot Chocolate mead pays homage to Xocolotl.
This spiced Aztec chocolate drink infused with Cinnamon, Cayenne pepper and chili powder. This has sweet and savory layers similar to a Mole sauce and is a perfect accompaniment for traditional Mexican cuisine. 12.5% ABV

Spring
Mint Mead (Minte: Persephones Revenge)
Off dry, infused with organic spearmint-peppermint blend inspired by Moroccan tea. Dulcet and joyous ...just the right kind of sweet to get you inspired to dance in the rain!
