Upcoming Seasonal Ciders
Spring
Ostara is our dry hopped cider named after the goddess of Spring.
With a combination of Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra hops, it is fresh and citrusy with hints of lemongrass. 7.4% ABV
Summer
To celebrate the first Harvest, enjoy our Midsummer Elderberry infused dry cider.
These organic berries impart a lovely light ruby color, making this a sort of rosé cider. Then aged for 3 months with French oak chips to build structure, this cider pairs perfectly with seared ahi tuna or a savory stir fry. 7.5% ABV
Autumn
Mari is our fruity basque style Sidra Natural.
This is made from a modern blend of apples and not the traditional basque varietals, but its fermentation is all natural and spontaneous, with only the addition of lactobacillus for a second fermentation that results in a funky, fruity cider. 6.5% ABV
Winter
The winter Whiskey barrel cyser is a blend of honey and apple juice.
It is fermented with orange peel and cinnamon, and then aged in whiskey barrel chips to give a little more body. This is a rich and spicy concoction that will warm you to the core. 9.5% ABV

FAQs
What is included in a cider subscription box?
Each Seasonal Release will include our cider for that season, plus another uniquely crafted cider.
When are new cider subscription boxes released?
The quarterly releases will all happen near a solstice or equinox, so that means mid to late March, June, September, and December.
What kind of glass do you drink cider from?
We recommend using a glass that helps the aromas come together like a stemless wine glass.
What about gifts for cider drinkers?
For the moment our ciders ARE the gift, yet there are other fun things like glassware, or spice blends or herbal blends (some which we use for our products).
Is hard cider gluten free?
There is no wheat or grain in our ciders or meads, so they are all naturally gluten free.
Where are Events for Cider Club Members?
The quarterly events for our Equinox club members will usually be gatherings on a friend’s property or possibly at a farm or park. When given the chance, we always prefer being amongst nature!
How to pause, change, or cancel a cider box subscription?
While we would love to have you become lifelong members of our community, we understand that changes happen and you might want to pause or cancel your subscription.
